2004 — Foundation
After several years in the real-estate fiduciary business in the Graubünden and Zurich regions, most recently as branch manager in Chur, Thomas Uehlinger founded Uehlinger Immobilien Treuhand.
2012 — Change of company name
The sole proprietorship is converted into Uehlinger Alpine Living AG. The office moves to a prime ground-floor location right in the centre of Lenzerheide.
May 2026
Thomas Uehlinger sells his company to LOGA Immobilien AG. New owner, same service as before.
