Rental from 1 October 2026 or 1 November 2026. Minimum rental period: 1 year.

CHF 2,400 net rent + CHF 150 garage space + CHF 250 flat-rate utilities — total approx. CHF 2,800 / month.

If used as a holiday home, visitor’s tax applies in addition. Electricity for the apartment and the additional underfloor heating is paid directly by the tenants.
