The property is located in the village centre of Lenzerheide (Graubünden) and was recently built.
The ski lifts are just a few minutes away by sports bus. The bus stops right outside the house.
Shops, post office, banks, restaurants etc. are in the immediate vicinity.
The new 3½-room holiday apartment sleeps 4-5 people.
The second-floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC, plus a guest WC. The semi-open modern kitchen (oven, steamer, Nespresso machine and dishwasher), dining and living area share one generous open space.
The apartment is fitted with high-quality natural materials and state-of-the-art appliances.
Both bedrooms face the courtyard. The master bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm double bed, the children’s room two single beds of 90 x 200 cm each. An additional mattress or the sofa is available for one more person.
Two parking spaces in the underground garage are available (in tandem)
