This wonderful holiday house lies in a dreamlike location right next to the golf course and directly on the cross-country trail. You enjoy a wonderful view of the Grisons mountains.

The house sleeps up to five people and is luxuriously appointed. Upstairs there are two lovingly furnished bedrooms radiating warmth with lots of wood. The modern bathroom with shower and WC completes the comfort. On the ground floor, the open kitchen-living room with wood and gas stove, cooker and oven invites you to cook, linger and enjoy.

The building has solar panels — please note that the electricity capacity is limited.

The house can only be reached on foot — the parking space is about a ten-minute walk away. In return you are rewarded with complete peace, clear mountain air and direct closeness to nature.
