Privacy policy

This privacy policy informs you about how we process personal data – on this website and in our work with you.

1. Responsible body

Uehlinger Alpine Living AG
Voa Principala 43
7078 Lenzerheide, Switzerland
Tel. +41 81 384 18 18 · [email protected]

2. Which data we process

  • Contact and master data (name, address, e-mail, phone, language)
  • Details from enquiries, search requests and bookings (e.g. travel dates, number of persons, desired apartment, message)
  • Data on properties and contracts (ownership, valuations, rental and purchase contracts)
  • Correspondence (e-mails, letters, telephone notes)
  • Technical data when visiting the website (IP address, browser, date and time, pages visited)

3. What we process the data for

  • Letting of holiday apartments, long-term rental, sale and management of real estate
  • Answering your enquiries and communication with guests, owners and prospective clients
  • Sending the «early access offers» if you have signed up for them
  • Fulfilment of legal obligations (e.g. visitor's tax, retention obligations)
  • Secure operation of the website and protection against misuse

4. Forms and enquiries

If you write to us via a form, your details reach our office by e-mail. For contact, property enquiries and search requests (buying and long-term rental) they also go into our management software LOGA One, which is operated within the LOGA Group (LOGA Immobilien AG, St. Moritz). Holiday enquiries and the waiting list go to our office by e-mail only; we send e-mails via Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). To protect against spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile; technical characteristics of your browser are checked, without advertising cookies.

5. Booking of holiday apartments

Availability, prices and bookings of our holiday apartments run through the booking system vOffice. If you reserve online, your details (name, address, e-mail, phone, travel dates, persons) are stored there so that we can confirm and process the booking.

6. Newsletter «Early access offers»

For sending the early access offers we use Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., USA). Registration takes place with confirmation by e-mail (double opt-in). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every e-mail.

7. Hosting, cookies and local storage

The website is delivered via Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Technically necessary data such as the IP address is processed briefly in order to deliver the pages and ward off attacks.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Some settings – such as your search filters, saved apartments or travel dates – are stored by the website only locally in your browser so that you find them again on your next visit. This data does not leave your device and can be deleted at any time via the browser settings.

8. External content

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA). On the «About us» page a Google Maps map is embedded; on the property pages 3D tours by Matterport (Matterport, Inc., USA) can be started. When this content is loaded, your IP address is transmitted to the respective provider.

9. Disclosure and transfer abroad

We only pass on personal data if it is necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g. to owners, notaries, land registries, banks, insurers), if you have consented or if there is a legal obligation. Some of the service providers mentioned are based in the USA; disclosure there takes place with appropriate safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses.

10. Your rights

You have the right at any time to information, rectification, deletion and restriction of the processing of your personal data as well as to the release or transfer of your data. Please contact the responsible body named above.

You also have the right to contact the supervisory authority – in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

11. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes and as required by statutory retention periods (as a rule 10 years for business records).

12. Changes

We may amend this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this website at the time applies.
