Lenzerheide is the wide, open high valley between Chur and the Albula: sunny, family-friendly, with the Heidsee in the middle and the Rothorn cable car at the edge of the village. Since the merger with Arosa one of the largest ski areas in Graubünden.

Our holiday apartments are in the heart of Lenzerheide – just a few steps from the lake, the cable cars and the village centre. The sports bus runs free of charge in summer and winter.

Winter

  • Rothorn and Stätzerhorn – 225 km of slopes
  • Cross-country skiing: 55 km of trails around the Heidsee
  • Ice rink on the Heidsee, sledging from Tgantieni

Summer

  • Bike Kingdom – 400 km of trails
  • Hiking, Heidsee lido, Alvaneu golf course
  • Lenzerheide Motor Classics, Zauberwald

Living and holidays in Lenzerheide

Lenzerheide is the main village of the holiday region and the place where everything comes together: the Rothorn cable car, the Heidsee, shops, restaurants, schools and the sports centre are all within a few hundred metres. Those who have an apartment here do not need a car in winter – the sports bus runs free of charge to the cable cars, and the cross-country trails by the lake are minutes away.

The housing market consists mainly of condominium apartments – from the developments of the seventies to new buildings on the hillside – as well as individual chalets. Many apartments predate the second-home legislation and may be used as second homes; hardly any new second homes have been built since the Second Homes Act. That keeps supply scarce and values stable.

For owners Lenzerheide pays off twice: the winter season with the Arosa Lenzerheide ski area and the summer with Bike Kingdom, the Heidsee and the hiking trails bring guests in both halves of the year. We let your apartment to holiday guests or long-term, sell it discreetly or find the right one for you – from our office at Voa Principala in the middle of the village.
