Our story.
Since 2004 — from sole proprietorship to public limited company.
2004 · Foundation – After several years in real estate fiduciary services in Graubünden and Zurich, most recently as branch manager in Chur, Thomas Uehlinger founded Uehlinger Immobilien Treuhand.
2012 · Change of name – The sole proprietorship becomes Uehlinger Alpine Living AG. The office moves to a prime location on the ground floor, right in the centre of Lenzerheide.
May 2026 – Thomas Uehlinger sells his company to LOGA Immobilien AG. New owner, same service as before.
