Letting of holiday apartments.

You can confirm the booking of your holiday apartment online using the link we send you, or simply return the signed rental agreement by post or e-mail. As soon as you have confirmed your booking, you receive a link through which you can view your booking and add further services. You can also keep track of amounts already paid and still outstanding.

We provide matching bed linen and towels (100 % cotton). On arrival the beds are freshly made and the towels are laid out.

Of course – you will always find a cleaned apartment.

In our office at Voa Principala 43 in Lenzerheide you will always find a competent contact who can help you. You can reach us in person at the office or by phone on +41 81 384 18 18.

You receive the arrival information by e-mail in advance. During our opening hours we are happy to welcome you at the office. Check-in is generally possible from 4 pm. If you would like to arrive earlier, please let us know beforehand.

Check-out is possible until 10 am on the day of departure. If you would like to leave later, please contact us early. Everything is already paid with the booking; any telephone charges can be settled at our office. The following payment methods are possible: cash, EC, Maestro, Mastercard, VISA (from CHF 500 we charge a fee).

You can pre-order cots from us. We are happy to provide them for a small fee; you will find them in the apartment on arrival. Please note that you need to bring the bedding – blanket, duvet and pillow – yourself.

On arrival the following items are provided in the apartment: toilet paper (at least one roll per toilet), dishwasher tabs, one rubbish bag per apartment – you can get more from us or in the local shops.

Pots and pans; crockery, cutlery and glasses; all-purpose soap, sponge, cloths and tea towel; coffee machine; kitchen knives and further utensils; kettle and various kitchen appliances

We are happy to carry out an interim cleaning. Please let us know at least 2 days in advance. We will then inform you about the individual costs, as these vary from apartment to apartment.

Please contact us if you would like a change of linen. We will gladly inform you about the cost of the complete package with bed linen and towels.

Any defects in the apartment must be reported on the day of arrival so that they can be rectified.

You can conveniently rent your ski equipment from a ski service on site. We are happy to help you organise it.

Ski passes for the Arosa Lenzerheide ski area are available at the cable car ticket offices and online. We are happy to advise you on the various options.

All our apartments have a parking space. The number is shown in the rental agreement. If you need more, please let us know beforehand – we will then check whether an option is available.

All our apartments have an internet connection. A few have "only" a hotspot that runs on the mobile network.
