3½-room holiday apartment on the 1st floor with a large south-facing balcony, situated right next to the ski slope and near the Tgantieni valley station. The village centre is about a 10-minute walk away, and the sports bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. Lovely living room with a fireplace, radio, TV and free Wi-Fi. Two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom with a bath. Sauna for shared use. One garage space. Pets are permitted for a final cleaning fee (max. 1 dog).

The apartments can be taken over on the day of arrival from 4 pm at the earliest and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
Cancellation
The cancellation costs amount in every case to 30 % of the total rental amount. If no replacement tenant can be found for the reserved period, the entire rental amount is owed. When booking a holiday apartment we recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
Pets
Bringing pets is subject to a charge (CHF 35 per dog / stay), is not permitted in all apartments and can therefore only be allowed with the landlord's consent.
Included
The rental prices of the holiday apartments include: rent, energy costs such as heating, hot water, electricity and TV.
Separate
Visitor's tax (from 16 years) and linen are included in the booking total. Only any telephone charges and damage caused are billed separately.
Payment
Everything is paid in advance: 50 % within 14 days of booking, the remaining 50 % up to 14 days before arrival. For short-notice bookings the entire amount is due immediately.
Smoking & electric cars
Smoking in the apartments is prohibited. Charging electric vehicles in the underground garages is not permitted.

Anyone who books a holiday apartment with us receives the Uehlinger by LOGA Card – the digital benefits card for Lenzerheide. It arrives automatically on your phone with the booking confirmation and is valid for your whole stay.
